About
How I approach product design.
I studied Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University (with minors in Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management, where I also played varsity soccer and won the 2019 NCAA Division III National Championship). My coursework in Computer Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors in Product Design, Human-Machine System Design, Experimental Design, Management of Innovation, and Engineering Leadership taught me to test with real users early and design around how people actually think.
Across my work at FrontRow Sports and Jassby, I’ve focused on shipping consumer and commercial products where clarity and trust matter—from high-stakes credit applications, identity verification, and bank linking to live consumer sports apps.
Jassby
At Jassby, I’m the sole product designer working alongside our CTO, Chief Compliance Officer, and an eight-person engineering team, partnering with The Bank of Missouri as our issuing bank. Together we’ve launched and scaled the SIG Sauer VISA program, brought the Freely corporate Mastercard into soft launch, designed the Paramount Every Day Banking personal and business checking platform end to end for its upcoming soft launch, built the Material 3 and Material UI design system across four card themes, and executed Jira tickets for Jassby Travel & Schools (Trip Card)—our group travel debit card, dynamic disbursement portal, and QR-code balance app.
FrontRow Sports
With friends from Phillips Academy Andover and our CTO Randall M. Anderson (30+ years of engineering experience), I co-founded FrontRow Sports where I co-invented and bootstrapped its patent-pending TakeSide platform—leading 50+ user discovery interviews and a 33-fan survey, simplifying our 26-element prediction cards, and shipping an arcade-style prediction game that increased session retention by 25% across 500,000+ takes and 30,000 peak active users. Across TakeSide and FrontRow Fans (Live Sports Bingo on iOS and Android), I am a named inventor across three USPTO patent filings—App. 19/737,090 (social rivalry data graphs and LLM prompt generation), Nonprovisional App. 19/810,956 (probabilistic live progression cards, impact-zone board topology, and mid-game tile swaps), and App. 64/116,335 (state-aware continuity routing across mobile web, dynamic Wallet passes, SMS/RCS OTP, and native apps)—alongside co-designing our latest release and Material 3 design system.
Latin American Fintech
Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese and passionate about staying connected to my roots, I have also worked with Peruvian fintech organizations across financial inclusion and earned wage access—including Capital Pacífico (a financial holding company building a responsible fintech ecosystem in Peru), Enazul (a fintech specializing in credit access and financial reinsertion for public-sector workers), and TuSueldoYa! (an earned wage access platform enabling employees to advance their salary with zero interest).
Fidelity Labs Capstone
For our Human Factors capstone at Tufts with Fidelity Labs, I conducted 20+ directed interviews, Qualtrics surveys, and 52-week data.ai telemetry benchmarking across 8 brokerage and equity apps (Robinhood, SoFi, Charles Schwab, Carta, Wealthfront, Vanguard, Qapital, and Global Shares) to design RSU vesting and liquidation, biometric Plaid and FaceID account linking, and transparent data-privacy flows for Fidelity Stock Transfer.
Tools
Day to day, I run usability testing and surveys in Qualtrics, analyze product and competitive telemetry in Mixpanel and data.ai, design in Figma, build and maintain component tokens across Material 3 and Material UI, write and execute tickets in Jira, and prototype mobile and web interfaces using Figma Make, Claude, and Cursor.
